Here's some tips for setting up a MC Eternal instance. MultiMC: https://github.com/MultiMC/MultiMC5/releases Go to Settings -> MultiMC -> Update Channel -> Select Development -> Restart MMC You can either add an instance using the download link above and using "Add Instance" -> "Import from zip" or add it by going to "Add Instance" -> CurseForge -> Search "MC Eternal". Make sure to select version 1.5 to install. Copy your journeymap folder, options.txt and servers.dat from the previous version to the new version to keep your keybindings and other settings. Also optionsof.txt if you had and will use Optifine. Java downloads: https://adoptopenjdk.net/ -- Hotspot and OpenJ9 https://github.com/graalvm/graalvm-ce-builds/releases -- GraalVM Our server has the listed mods below that must go into the mods folder and the IE.zs script that goes into the scripts folder of your MC instance folder. Once the MMC instance is set up, select it and go to "Edit Instance" -> Settings. Make sure the Java Installation path is correct and memory allocation is set to at least 7+GB. Java isn't made for modded Minecraft. You REALLY SHOULD USE ARGUMENTS! to make it run better. The throwaway memory MC generates is more than general Java applications and using arguments helps improve things. Under Java arguments you may try different things. Only pick one unless you know what you're doing. I recommend doing your own research on this.
